Delivery Policy
At Enhanced XP, LLC (Montana RASS Training) we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible training to help keep Montana communities safe. We aim to make our policies clear, fair, and transparent.
1. Course Delivery & Access
- Immediate Access: Your training modules are available immediately after your payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and login instructions.
- How to Access: You can access your course at any time by logging into your account on our website.
- Self-Paced Learning: You may complete the course at your own pace. However, please note that per Montana state regulations, you must watch 100% of each video module before advancing to the next section.
- Access Window: You will have 60 days from the date of purchase to complete your training.
2. Certification Delivery
- Completion: Upon passing the final exam with a score of 80% or higher, your course status is effectively "Complete."
- State Verification: We automatically upload your completion data to the Montana Department of Revenue's Cannabis & Alcohol Regulation Division.
- Certificate Availability: Please allow 7 to 14 days for the State of Montana to process your information. Once processed, you can download your official certification directly from the State Verification Portal.
