Refund Policy


At Enhanced XP, LLC (Montana RASS Training) we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible training to help keep Montana communities safe. We aim to make our policies clear, fair, and transparent.

1. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied, provided you meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Timeframe: You must request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
  • Course Progress: To be eligible for a refund, you must NOT have completed the first video module OR attempted any portion of the final exam.
    • Why? Once you have viewed the proprietary training content or attempted the certification exam, the service is considered "delivered" and consumed.
  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Failure to pass the final exam.
    • Course expirations (failure to complete the training within the allotted access window).

2. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria above:

  1. Contact Montana RASS Training with your full name, email address used for registration, and order number.
  2. We will review your request and course progress.
  3. Approved refunds are typically processed within 72 hours and returned to the original method of payment.

3. Note on Retakes & Resets

If you are required to retake the course because of a failing grade (as per the exam policy), this is considered a new enrollment. Previous payments cannot be applied to a course reset/retake if the original attempt resulted in failure.
